The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale

The Power of Positive Thinking is a book that shows you that the roots of success lie in the mind and teaches you how to believe in yourself by breaking the habit of worrying and taking control of your life by controlling your thoughts and changing your attitude. It is all about how being optimistic and finding the power to achieve your goals will help one be a successful and happy individual.  It is believed that there are several elements that go into being successful such as talent, work ethic, education, family background, desires, motivation, opportunity, and luck. But this book intends to disregard many of these components of success and says it is mainly faith in yourself and God. And that is why thinking positive with the correct habits will create everlasting success, which usually correlates with happiness.

So have faith in your abilities and partner with a power higher than yourself to achieve your goals. This book is considered to be a great help to individuals who are haunted with living in an inferiority complex and have lost faith in themselves.  The only matter of concern is to restore the lost faith. Good thoughts do attract success and happiness; this is one of the major focuses in this book. I personally like this book as it gives all possible tips on how to think positively even through the most difficult times and have faith in oneself.
